March Break is quickly approaching!
If you haven’t already signed up your kids for one of our March Break Camps, there are spots still available! However, if you’re looking to spend the week together as a family, or even just the weekends, here are some affordable and free things to do in the city over March Break:
- Evergreen Brick Works – Family Nature Walks
As the weather gets nicer and nicer, why not get outside for a walk through the Don Valley? See the beautiful scenery and explore the local ecosystem.
- Black Creek Pioneer Village
Children 14 years and younger enter for free with one adult admission all week.
- Toronto Public Libraries
The libraries are open all week long with a variety of activities, from bingo to crafts to movies. You can even pet an alligator!
- Sugar Shack Toronto
“Two sugar shacks will be serving up fresh maple taffy all weekend long as well as tons of fun interactive entertainment including an ice Canvas to paint on, larger than life ice sculpture photo ops, a battle of the chainsaws ice carving demo, giant ice Tic-Tac-Toe, a warming station, sugar shack cuisine at a food market, live music, specialty bar, animal encounters, free hot chocolate & much more!”
- Indigo Kids Spring Break Escape
At participating Indigo stores, there will be a variety of free activities for children and families. Check your individual store for more information.
Make sure to check the website for changes to family and adult class schedules over March Break here at St. Alban’s, as some of our classes will be postponed until next week.
Wishing everyone a safe and happy break!
