Adult Yoga
Mondays 7-8:00pm
$5/class or $50/12 classes

Instructor: Cheryl Epstein

Yoga has been part of Cheryl’s life for over 20 years. Cheryl loves how yoga makes her feel and loves sharing it with others. For Cheryl, yoga is a much needed break from the hectic pace of life. It’s a way to de-stress and stretch out by integrating movement, breath and mind.

Cheryl welcomes anyone interested in yoga and its benefits, from beginners to more advanced practitioners.  If you are looking for a place to re-energize, as well as to relax and have some fun, you’ve come to the right place.

Note: You can also use your 12 class pass for Family Yoga on Sunday mornings!

Class will be cancelled on March 13th for March Break.

Family Yoga
New Time
: Sundays 9:15-10:00am
Jan 22nd– March 5th, 2017
$5 for each class for one adult (kids are FREE but must be accompanied by an adult)

Please join us for some family yoga fun this winter! Wake up and stay warm on Sunday mornings throughout January and February with our resident children/family yoga instructor Cyndi Cornblit – RCYT.

She has crafted a special 6 class series exclusively for our members. This 45-minute dynamic class contains a mix of mindfulness, connected breath, easy stretching, and basic postures. Yoga games and stories help make it accessible to the whole family. All ages welcome! Class start promptly at 9:15am – please arrive on time! Class is located in the dance studio.

Note: An adult must accompany all children. For children aged 4 years and under, there must be one caregiver present per child; for children aged 5 to 14 years old, there must be one caregiver present per 3 children.

Note: 12 class passes are also available to purchase and can be used for this class as well as Adult Yoga on Monday nights; however, it is important to note that Family Yoga runs only for 6 weeks.

Class is canceled on Sunday the 19th.

Barb's fitness classBody Enhancement Fitness & Chinese Wand Fitness Class
This is an hour plus fitness program designed to stretch, strengthen, mobilize, and empower your mind, body and soul. The class is designed for anyone –beginners, seniors, juniors, gentle souls….do it at your own level.

Sunday  9:45-10:45am

No Tuesday/Thursday classes during March Break.

Weight Room
The weight room is available for members 16 years of age and over to use cardio machines and weights whenever the club is open, except Saturday mornings and for special Club events.

Fridays 8:30 -10:00pm

Fun, pick up games for adult, youth and alumni.

Soccer League
Sundays 9:00am—1:00pm

Red Cross Standard CPR & First Aid Certification
This is a registered program which runs for one weekend each month. Each graduate of this program earns a Red Cross Standard First Aid & CPR-C/HCP/AED certification. There are additional fees for this program. Please refer to the Red Cross Standard CPR Certification webpage for details.

Aquatic Programs
