Yoga has been part of our instructor Cheryl’s life for over 20 years. Cheryl loves how yoga makes her feel and loves sharing it with others. For Cheryl, yoga is a much needed break from the hectic pace of life. It’s a way to de-stress and stretch out by integrating movement, breath and mind.
Cheryl welcomes anyone interested in yoga and its benefits, from beginners to more advanced practitioners. If you are looking for a place to re-energize, as well as to relax and have some fun, you’ve come to the right place.
Enhancement Fitness & Chinese Wand Fitness Class
Tuesday 9:45-11:00am (Starts September 26th)
Thursday 9:45-11:00am (Starts September 28th)
Sunday 10-10:45am (Wand fitness only)
This is an hour plus fitness program designed to stretch, strengthen, mobilize, and empower your mind, body and soul. The class is designed for anyone – beginners, seniors, juniors, gentle souls – do it at your own level.
The weight room is available for members 16 years of age and over to use cardio machines and weights whenever the club is open, except Saturday mornings and for special Club events.
A night when all the alumni come back to where it started, and attempt to show the young guys (and girls) who’s in charge! Very competitive pick-up games go all night long to see which team will be crowned “This Week’s Champs!” Come early, meet fellow basketball lovers and catch a real sweat!
Sundays 9am-1:00pm (Fall) Starts September 10th

Red Cross Standard CPR & First Aid Certification
This is a registered program which runs for one weekend each month. Each graduate of this program earns a Red Cross Standard First Aid & CPR-C/HCP/AED certification. There are additional fees for this program. Please refer to the Red Cross Standard CPR Certification webpage for details.
