Use these guidelines for promoting events, programs and special days within the Club (current members and parents). Flyers promoting events to a wider audience should be made by or discussed with the Communication Manager.
All materials must be approved by a supervisor or manager before going out.
Make sure to refer to the style guide before making any colour or font choices. Using these guidelines consistently will help us build a common look and feel and stronger brand identity.
Use photos as images and not clip art. Photos should be in focus and high resolution. They should reflect the diversity of our Clubs. Children and youth should be shown having a positive experience. Close ups and single or small groups of kids work best. Use our photos or the BGCC Photo Library.
