Description
Unwind and rejuvenate with our adult yoga class, designed to cater to all skill levels. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of postures and breathing techniques, with a focus on proper alignment and mindfulness.

In addition to the physical benefits of increased flexibility, strength, and balance, our yoga classes will help you reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your yoga journey, our classes will leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated, and inspired to continue your practice both on and off the mat.

This 60 minute class will energize and refresh you at the end of your day. You'll be challenged to move and excite your muscles, followed by a calming cool down sequence . Allow yourself permission to experience some rejuvenating me-time.
