BGC St. Alban's offers a range of Aquatics programs for children and adults, including swimming lessons, aquatic leadership courses and more. Below are the current programs and schedules. For details about each program, please visit Aquatic Programs.

Family Recreational Swimming
Family Recreation Swimming offers unstructured pool time for swimmers to play and practice their swimming skills! All ages are welcome, though children 6 and under and children 7-9 who are unable to pass the deep end test must be accompanied in the water, within arms reach of a person 16 years or older. Maximum 2 children for every adult. ane ropes will not be in use; there will only be a divider between the shallow and deep ends for safety.

Lane Swimming
Lane swimming is recommended for teens/adults but all swimmers are welcome. Pool lanes will be available for lap swimming only during its scheduled time.

Aquafit with Kelly Ziger
Open to ages 16+, Aquafit is a water-based group workout that combines cardio, strength training, and stretching.
- Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
- Thursdays from 8 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.

H20 Summer Leadership Camp
Registration is open!
The H2O Aquatics Camp challenges and equips swimmers with essential lifesaving skills, preparing them for certification in Bronze Star, Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, or Swim Instructor. Upon successful completion, candidates receive official certification in their respective program. Campers gain a unique, hands-on experience by shadowing senior lifeguards, assisting with lifeguarding duties, and, for Swim Instructor candidates, observing lessons, creating their own lesson plans, and eventually teaching their own classes.

Private versus Group Lessons
- A specific skill that your child is not progressing on which is forcing them to be held back in lessons.
- Any type of special need or requirement that prohibits your child from participating in a group environment.
